  • How much space is required?

    Space requirements vary by venue, but generally:

    • A clear interaction area around the robot is recommended
    • Flat, stable flooring is required
    • Additional space may be needed for crowd flow at high-traffic events

  • Does the robot need Wi-Fi or internet access?

    Internet access is not required for basic operation.

    If optional features such as lead capture or branded interactions are used, internet access may be recommended. This is discussed during planning.

  • Can the robot talk or interact with people?

    Yes.

    The robot is designed to engage with attendees through interactive presence, movement, and guided interactions managed by the operator. Engagement style is adapted to the audience and environment.

  • Can we customize what the robot says or does?

    We offer optional custom scripting and persona tuning to align interactions with your brand, message, or educational goals.

  • Is the robot suitable for children?

  • How far in advance should we book?

    Humanoid robot availability is limited.

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for conferences, school calendars, and multi-day events.


  • How does payment work?

    A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Do you offer discounts for multi-day or recurring events?

    Yes.

    Multi-day conference bundles and repeat bookings are available and provide better overall value.

  • Can the robot be used outdoors?
